I had my revision rhinoplasty with Charles East and I am genuinely happy to a degree I never thought was possible. His experience and knowledge was obvious from the first video consultation. I had made the mistake of having my first rhinoplasty done by a turkish surgeon who works in London and I stupidly believed his self proclaimed kingdom. Prefect Surgery.I had a very successful revision rhinoplasty.The outcome is exactly as Mr East visually mocked up before the surgery.I had a significantly deviated nose, septum and bones. Incredibly Mr East managed to address all of these issues. Though my surgery took many hours the work done in that time was exceptional.After the surgery the swelling was pretty good. The entire recovery timeline went exactly as Mr East said it would. No surprises before or after surgery.Despite my complex surgery costing a large amount I consider it good value because of the flawless outcome.I'd recommend Mr East to anyone, especially if the surgery is complex.

I’m 10 days post-op so far and I had my cast removed yesterday…and I’m SO SO HAPPY with my nose (even at this early stage).I did a LOT of research before deciding who to go with. However, after my first face-to-face with Lydia I knew she was the right fit for me - Not only is Lydia the most amazing skilled and experienced surgeon and incredibly knowledgeable (I mean, if you’re looking for the best, then this is who you go to)… but she is also just such a lovely person and immediately puts you at ease.I felt like Lydia really took the time to listen to me and to understand my concerns. You can tell that Lydia is a perfectionist and her attention to detail is brilliant. I was particularly anxious about keeping a natural look and Lydia just totally got it. At no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured in any way whatsoever.I also can’t stress enough how Lydia went above and beyond to take care of me and to support me throughout the whole process - for instance, Lydia gave me a call the day before my surgery (on a Sunday no less) to check how I was doing; and she also called me every day on the days immediately following my operation just to make sure I was doing ok! I’m not going to lie to you, the first week after surgery is a bit uncomfortable - but do your research, talk to others who’ve been through it before (so that you know what you’re in for during that week)…and above all, be patient, and you’ll be fine!I would also highly recommend Lydia’s team (and in particular Giulia, Rosa and Marta) who just made the whole process so much easier.I can’t thank Lydia and her team enough.

I could tell from our conversations that Lydia is a world-class surgeon with a deep knowledge of rhinoplasty who was very invested in ensuring the best possible result. I am so happy with my results, the best thing is that for the last year I have been able to carry on with my life without my nose holding me back. I didn't have to do any research on who I wanted to do my surgery as my father is a doctor, and he said that without a doubt Charles East had the experience and his results are just right. My dad was very worried I would end up with a ‘Barbie’ nose and regret my decision. I am now a year after my rhinoplasty and I can hardly remember the operation, it was much easier than expected. I had a cast on during the first week and there was a bit of a pain but Charles and his team were marvellous. Miss Lydia Badia at Rhinoplasty London is the most professonal and friendly surgeon i have ever met, she puts you at ease straight away and makes your feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole rhinoplasty journey. After my first meeting with lydia where i explained what i disliked about my nose and my visions on how i would like my nose to look lydia created a face tuned image on the overal outcome of how my nose will look after the procedue and i was over the moon as it exceeded my expectations and looked even better that what i thought could be achived with my nose and it macthed how i explained i would like my nose to look aswell.On my surgey day i was alittle nervous however as soon as i met with lydia all my nerves were put at ease and i became excited with no nerves at all.After my surgey the after care i recieved was incredible the healing process was explained to me in depth meaning i was not scared at all as i knew what each day would bring. I have always wanted to get Rhinoplasty done for a number of years, but last year i finally came round to doing it.
