  • Dear Charles,

A big thank you for all your hard work in making the BAAPS meeting such a great success. The membership are buzzing after your lecture on Rhinoplasty. I think your presentation was excellent and the endonasal video was brilliant. I think you will have to have a season ticket to the BAAPS faculty. Thank you also for attending the faculty dinner. We very much enjoyed your company on the Wednesday. It was an especial treat to meet Lydia. Thank you for contributing to the meeting and giving such a stellar performance.

Sincere thanks and warmest wishes to you and Lydia.

  • ‘Dear Mr East,

I just wanted to let you know that the tiny indentation disappeared, just as you said it would, and my nose is completely perfect in every way! I am so happy! It just couldn’t be more perfect. I have no idea how you managed to create what you have from the nose I had but it’s just so delicate, subtle, symmetrical, natural and elegant; everything we discussed and more. Thank you! You are a nose wizard! Thank you again for fitting me in and doing such a miraculous job.’

  • Dear Lydia,

How lovely to hear from you. Gemma’s doing really well thank you and is absolutely loving her new nose – she’s really struggling not to look at it all of the time but doing her best!!! She’s not sleeping too well at the moment as she’s worried about squishing her nose during the night but I’m sure that she’ll settle down soon, especially when she’s back to college and having to get up at 6.30am HaHa!!

Thank you again so very much for looking after my little girl so well, we’re so delighted for her and you’ve made her dream a reality.

  • Hi Charles,

I just wanted to let you know I’m doing well and I’m very happy with how my nose looks. You’ve done an incredible job!

  • Dear Mr East
Thank you very much for your kind e-mail. I have been using the Avamys spray for a few days now
and I am already feeling much better.
I was very happy and impressed by my consultation with you, as you have explained everything
very clearly and also I have read further details on your website. Therefore I would like to proceed with the surgery. Thank you once again for your help and I look forward seeing you in Autumn.

  • I just want to say the most enormous thank you for my beautiful nose. The new nose had its own private view to a discreet gathering of friends and family and like me they were in awe at what you had achieved. It’s not just a nose, it’s a work of art, it’s a sculpture! I felt fantastically well looked after throughout the process. It was a Rolls Royce experience. I am particularly pleased that the exquisite work you did is also very subtle so no awkward explanations have been required. I leave the last word to my son ‘Mummy you look much better with your new nose!’

    Very many thanks.

  • Hi Lydia,

I hope all is well with you.

Just to refresh your memory, I had a rhinoplasty last March 2012. We last emailed in May but haven’t spoken since.

It is just over a year now since the op, and I wanted to tell you I couldn’t be happier with the results, both functionally and aesthetically. The past year has been a dream being able to breathe properly, and I’m delighted with how my nose looks.

You told me that it takes a full year for the nose to heel internally so I just thought I’d let you know at this point how pleased I am with the success of it, and say thank you once more for achieving exactly what I wanted.

    Huge thanks once more,

  • “I am so pleased with how the operation turned out. I could not have asked for any better. Thank you for making the whole process less scary and more comfortable for me.”

  • “I just love my new nose. It is exactly what I wanted.”

  • “After several years thinking about having a nosejob I did my research and wanted the best. I was not disappointed.”

  • “Having to have revision rhinoplasty was very scary and I want to thank you for finally putting an end to my misery. My only regret is that I did not come to you the first time round.”

  • “I would like you to know that I was very grateful for the time you made available to resolve my nasal problem.”

  • Lydia

My nose all seems to be great – so much better, comfy at night and so on. Really remarkable. Thank you so much for your expertise and generosity, it’s a life-changing thing.

    Breathing beautifully

  • Dear Lydia,

There was never a doubt that my new nose was a good one. But seeing these pictures and having a direct comparison, leaves me at a loss for words. Meeting you and feeling like I had found the person to finally take this step with, is without a doubt the best thing that has ever happened to me.

It is incredible how the way we feel inside about about a physical attribute such as a nose, truly does dictate how we behave and think, and how having an insecurity lifted can actually make us a different person. You have changed my life and the woman that was always inside me can now shine freely. I can finally be myself and that is an amazing gift. I cannot thank you enough and you will always hold a very special place in my heart.

    With much love
